Draft High Occupancy Housing Plan Work Session The City of Flagstaff has released a draft High Occupancy Housing Plan for a 60-day public review, which ends on September 27, 2017. This work session is to inform the Planning and Zoning Commission on the process to develop this draft and to solicit feedback about the proposal and options that staff should prepare for the Citizen Review Session, which will be scheduled in the fall.
