Frances Short Pond Master Plan Address: Various City Staff: David McKee, Watershed Specialist REQUESTED ACTION: Hear and discuss the Frances Short Pond Master Plan The city’s Stormwater Section, with assistance from Community Investment, is producing a Master Plan for Frances Short Pond. Rendezvous Sculpture Address: N/W Corner of Beaver and Phoenix City Staff: Mark Di Lucido, CD&R Project Administrator REQUESTED ACTION: Hear and discuss the project Preliminary designs by staff indicate that by consolidating the two existing City parking lots along Phoenix Avenue east side of the DCC, it is possible to repurpose the approximately 180’ x 180’ northwest corner of Phoenix and Beaver into a suitable park setting for the Rendezvous. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Hear and discuss the project 4. Street Tree Study Address: Various City Staff: Mark Di Lucido, CD&R Project Administrator REQUESTED ACTION: Hear and discuss the project Street tree root heave at many downtown locations is buckling sidewalks.
