OLD BUSINESS 1. Pedestrian and bicycle master plan Continued discussion of the pedestrian and bicycle master plan. Discussion at this meeting will focus on continued review of draft Working Paper 7: Missing sidewalk inventory and prioritization. A new section has been added to the end of the working paper; the new section reviews each missing sidewalk project and makes a recommendation if it should be constructed in the short (within 5 years), medium (5 to 10 years) or long (beyond 10 years).
