PRELIMINARY GENERAL BUSINESS 1. Announcements Members of the BAC and staff will be allowed three minutes to make announcements, suggest future agenda items, or comment on items not on the agenda. The Arizona Open Meeting Law prohibits the BAC from discussing or taking action on an item that is not listed on the prepared agenda. BAC members may, however, respond to criticism made by those addressing the Committee, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. 2.
