The Children’s Garden Sculpture is a public art project jointly funded by the City and Jack’s Little Brother, LLC. The sculpture will be installed in the Children’s Garden which is located in Foxglenn Park. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discuss and approve the revised call to artists’ theme & form language. 2. Beautification in Action Grant for Old Town Springs Park Address: Old Town Park City Staff: Mark Di Lucido, Staff Liaison REQUESTED ACTION: Hear, discuss, and approve as appropriate a B-i-A grant in the amount of $2,500 for Old Town Springs Park interpretive signs The settlement that would eventually become Flagstaff was first known as Antelope Spring, then Flagstaff, then the Old Town area of Flagstaff. The reliable spring that helped make the original settlement and development of Flagstaff possible continues to flow and is an integral part of Old Town Park and what is now known as the La Plaza Vieja neighborhood. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve a B-i-A grant in the amount of $2,500 for Old Town Springs Park interpretive signs. 2.
