FMPO Formation Intergovernmental Agreement (pages 18-33) FMPO Staff: David Wessel, Manager Recommended Action: Discussion and Possible Action Staff recommends sending a clarifying request to the City and County that the amended and restated IGA is not recognizing, but creating, a legal entity and addresses disposition of liabilities and property in the case of dissolution.
