Repair of the wheel at the Visitor Center will happen soon; researching repair of a downtown clock from the 1990s. b. Context and Creativity for Budget Retreat, Eliza Kretzmann, Beautification, Arts and Sciences Manager: Begin the discussion to prepare for our November 15 retreat: a. "Creativity": Discuss ideas for the 5-year budget update: framing the conversation, beginning to bring ideas to the table for consideration b. Other plans and activities that are happening - the "context" we are working in. c. We will have a strategic planning process for Beautification, Arts and Sciences in the next year or so to build comprehensive goals, prepare a common vision, and determine top priority projects. c.
