Historic Facades and Signs Grant Address: 215 S Park St. Assessor’s Parcel Number: APN 100-37-006 Property Owner: City of Flagstaff Applicant: Walker Chancellor City Staff: Sara Dechter, Interim Heritage Preservation Officer REQUESTED ACTION: Approval of a grant for restoration of the trusses roof and stucco of the structure This is a request for a grant to repair the roof and trusses of 215 S. Park St. and the restore the stucco exterior. The previous property owner had released a grant last year because they were unable to afford the extent of the repairs. The new property owner has rescoped the project and wants to restore rather than replace the structure. There is one $10,000 grant currently available for the Heritage Preservation Commission to award for fiscal year 2020. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff does not have a recommendation regarding this application.

Southside Community Specific Plan – 60-day public review The City of Flagstaff Comprehensive Planning program requests that the members of the Open Space Commission review and provide comments on the public review draft of the Southside Community Specific Plan collectively at the meeting on December 9, 2019 and individually by February 4, 2019.
