Mall & Marketplace Regional Plan Amendment A request for an amendment to the Regional Land Use and Transportation Plan by amending the Land Use Plan to change approximately 5.25 acres of a 14.41-acre site from Medium Density Residential category to High Density Residential category. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve with conditions.
