Title 2, Boards and Commissions, Chapter 2-01, Planning and Zoning Commission: Amend the Duties and Functions (2-01-001-0005-J) of the Planning and Zoning Commission to change their authority over Conditional Use Permit applications from giving approval to providing a recommendation to the City Council.
